Sometimes its hard

There is always that one extra training session each week that you just don't want to do, even though you know you need to. Maybe it's the end of the day and you kept pushing it back, or perhaps it's simply been a long, hard week of training. But eventually, you'll face a decision: Do you suck it up and get it done, or do you sit it out?


Sometimes it's hard to make that decision, and even harder to make the right one. It takes effort and resilience, but making the right choices can pay huge dividends in the long run and are well worth the effort.
