Sometimes You Need a Reset: How to Regain Control in the Midst of Chaos


In the midst of chaos, it can be difficult to see what needs to be done. Everything feels hectic, and you never quite have a handle on things. This could be due to busy training periods or unexpected curveballs that life throws your way.


When this happens, it's important to take a small step back, assess the situation, and gradually choose a few steps to move forward. These steps can be as simple as getting to bed on time the night before. By taking these steps, you start moving in a direction.


Think of it like being stranded in the middle of the woods. If you do nothing, you'll remain stranded. But if you start moving, you can figure out if it's the right direction. If it's not, you can adjust accordingly and create a new plan.


Taking small, deliberate steps is crucial to regaining control and creating a path forward, even when everything around you feels chaotic.
